Delivery Info
You can purchase your Embrace products online and have them shipped directly to your doorstep anywhere in New Zealand. We currently ship within New Zealand only and use NZ Post Standard Shipping to help ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
At checkout, you'll see your order details, shipping cost, and estimated delivery time. We offer two shipping options: Standard NZ Shipping and $5 Local Delivery for customers located in the Eastern Bays region, Auckland. Eligibility for local delivery will be automatically confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery times are generally 3–5 business days after your order has been packed, although this may vary depending on your location, courier demand, and the time your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.
